Healthy Aging — What’s It All About?

September 14, 2023 Posted by Precision Aging Network News

It’s about staying connected with family and friends to help you reduce isolation, engage in pleasurable activities, stay physically active, manage stress, and bolster mood. Healthy Aging is about learning

new things to stimulate your brain like how to make smarter food choices and ways to get a good night’s sleep. It’s about regularly scheduled check-ups and  important health screenings with health care providers. For the PAN community, Healthy Aging is also an opportunity to emphasize the critical role cognitive health plays in our overall health. Try not to be overwhelmed by suggestions.  Take steps, even small daily steps to improve your cognitive health, your physical and mental health, and your overall quality of life.
